Fresh chives

Fresh chives are cultivated in Hai Duong, now under Hai Phong city, one of Vietnam’s key agricultural hubs. This region is well-known for its fertile soil and favorable climate, ensuring high-quality and naturally fresh produce. The leaves are slender and uniform, typically 25–40 cm in length, with a vibrant green color and mild onion-like aroma. Carefully harvested to retain freshness, chives from this area are valued for cooking, seasoning, and healthy daily consumption.
